We've heard many times over the years the frustration builders face with designers and architects who produce designs that look beautiful on paper but simply don't work when it comes time to start banging nails.  Our experience in the field gives us an excellent working knowledge of how the different elements and components of a house should fit together and where conflicts sometime occur.  We work hard to eliminate these types of problems to ensure these details are worked out before you ever start digging footers.

We have also worked closely with state and local building code officials in a variety of locales. We know what they like to see and do our part in keeping them happy with your projects.

Efficiency

With the use of our CAD software, we are able to offer quick turnaround times on your project.

Once we have discussed with you your needs in a home plan, a preliminary idea can usually be sent to you in a matter of a few days.

From there, we will continue to work together on the design development until we have finalized what you are looking for in your custom design.

After that, the working drawings will be completed and sent to you for a final approval. You will be delighted at the priority attention you receive from Rick Nutter Designs.

Variety of Services Offered

We can also provide you with other marketing materials such as cut sheets or entire plan books of your stock plans.
